In the summer of 2008, Manfred Bleffert will offer art courses in California for the first time. This innovative artistic work will serve as a vehicle for developing new experiences of the world and one's own humanity. Through contemplative work, participants will gain deeper insights into the processes and products of the arts. Each course will be a transformative experience! This course will take up the study of developmental themes in the school-aged human being. Each stage will be studied through the mediums of painting, drawing and sculpture. Through discussion and artistic activity, Manfred will guide participants into a multi-dimensional picture of child development. This course is intended for trained Waldorf teachers and individuals working in a Waldorf or charter school. www.manfred-bleffert.net |
