corruption: the real problem in Afghanistan - 2009/06/29 15:25
hi folks, I'd like to know what you think of this article by Sarah Chayes, who has been living in Kandahar for most of the past 8 years.
So if you're interested, have a read: Days of Lies and Roses.
I'm fascinated by this topic, partly because it is such a complicated and largely untold story, but mostly because I feel a lot for the Afghan people all around the world because of all the suffering they've been through.
